PATIENT PORTAL

UPDATE:

We unfortunately have recently received notice that the practice's GE Centricity Advance system including its Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, Patient Portal systems will be soon discontinued.  We are in the process of upgrading the system to the GE Practice Solution which will include a comprehensive Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, and Patient  Portal systems.

During this transition, we have decided to cease use of the existing Patient Portal while your medical records will be converted into the new system.  Once the new system has been tested and is functioning properly, we will resume the use of the new Patient Portal.  Please keep checking this website for new updates.
